Belle Haven Community Library is located on Ivy Drive at the edge of the Belle Haven Community School campus.  We are a branch of the Menlo Park public library, offering a variety of resources including public-use computers and free Wi-Fi Internet access. We are part of the Peninsula Library System, which includes libraries throughout San Mateo County. Come to your library and dream, explore, share!

Project Read - One-On-One English Tutoring Tutors and adult learners decide together the specific times and places they will meet. Generally, they meet twice weekly for 1 to 1-1/2 hours each meeting.  Materials are provided and there is a staffed Computer Lab at the library for computer-assisted instruction. Volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds.
